- 150 g Sunflower oil
- 300 ml Buttermilk
- 80 ml Milk
- 500 g Flour
- 4,5 tl Baking powder
- 1 tl Salt
- 1 tl Mustard flour

- 4 st Spring onion
- Whisk egg, milk, oil and buttermilk together. add the remaining ingredients.
- Heat the waffle iron for Brussels waffles and put a good tablespoon per waffle in the iron.
- Don’t let it get too dark. If there are leftovers, you can bake them in the toaster.
- Quickly add a dip. With wine or beer. I had vegetable soup with it.
