Waffles Hearty with Cheese Delicious

  • 1 Egg
  • 150 g Sunflower oil
  • 300 ml Buttermilk
  • 80 ml Milk
  • 500 g Flour
  • 4,5 tl Baking powder
  • 1 tl Salt
  • 1 tl Mustard flour
  • 140 g Grated gouda
  • 200 g Diced mozzarella
  • 25 g Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 st Spring onion
  1. Whisk egg, milk, oil and buttermilk together. add the remaining ingredients.
  2. Heat the waffle iron for Brussels waffles and put a good tablespoon per waffle in the iron.
  3. Don’t let it get too dark. If there are leftovers, you can bake them in the toaster.
  4. Quickly add a dip. With wine or beer. I had vegetable soup with it.
