Waffles with marzipan

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g butter (soft)
  • 150 g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 200 g marzipan
  • 300 g flour
  • Water
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cream the butter with the sugar and eggs until fluffy. Crumble the marzipan and stir in. Add the flour and enough water to form a smooth batter. Bake the waffles in the waffle iron and sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired.
