Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 800 g raspberries, frozen
- 1 lemon(s)
- 3 oranges
- 1 vanilla sugar (bourbon)
- 2 cl Cointreau
- 500 g gelling sugar, 2:1
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Fillet the oranges and chop the segments into small pieces, reserving the juice. The raspberries, lemon juice, orange segments, and juice should make 1000g. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan, purée or mash if desired, bring to a boil, simmer for 3 minutes (test for setting!), and finally stir in a generous splash of Cointreau. Serve immediately while hot in glasses!
