Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 350 g flour
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • ¼ liter of lukewarm water
  • ½ cube of yeast, or 1/2 sachet of dry yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 50 g seeds (mixed salad seeds), if desired

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 8 hours 35 minutes

Swabian rolls

Combine flour and sugar in a TW-Peng bowl, add lukewarm water, and crumble the yeast into the center. Add lettuce seeds, if desired. Close the lid, shake, open, add salt, close, and shake. Refrigerate the bowl overnight. Dust with flour and form 8 rolls. Bake at approximately 210°C for approximately 25 minutes.
