Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 jar celery, drained, approx. 200g
- 1 apple
- 1 lime(s), juice
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp yogurt, 0.1% fat
- 4 tbsp pineapple, in pieces (canned)
- some salt and pepper, from the mill
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
ww – suitable, light and still delicious
Drain the celery. Peel and grate the apple, and squeeze over the lime juice. Mix in a bowl, add the pineapple chunks, and stir in the mayonnaise and yogurt. Season with salt and pepper and let it sit in the refrigerator for a few hours. Also delicious with mandarin orange chunks. Per serving, less than 2 p.
