Walnut and fig dip with goat's cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 50 g goat’s cheese
  • 50 g cream cheese
  • 60 g fig(s), dried
  • 40 g walnuts
  • 1 tsp honey

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

quick and tasty

Combine both types of cream cheese in a container. Roughly chop the figs and 30g of walnuts and add them. Puree everything with a hand blender. If you have one, you can also puree it in a Thermomix or another blender. This step is a bit tedious, as the mixture tends to get stuck in the blade and has to be pulled out from underneath. Once everything is evenly pureed, chop the remaining walnuts, add them to the dip, and finally season with honey. This dip goes perfectly with meat, but also as a spread.
