Walnut – Basil – Pesto

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 g walnuts
  • 50 g pine nuts
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 50 g butter, soft
  • 100 ml cream
  • 2 handfuls of basil
  • 4 tbsp Parmesan, freshly grated
  • 2 tsp balsamic vinegar, very good
  • 4 tbsp olive oil, good
  • 400g spaghetti

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

very tasty with any kind of pasta

Blend everything thoroughly in a blender. Then add 4 tablespoons of good olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper. Mix with the cooked spaghetti. It also tastes great with fresh bread.
