- 200 ml Warm water
- 150 ml Light beer
- 85 g Chopped walnuts
- 400 g Spelt flour
- 100 g Whole wheat flour
- 2 tsp Brown sugar
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 Pck. Dry yeast
- Some flour to knead
- Dissolve salt and sugar in warm water! Add beer and knead with flour. Finally add the yeast and nuts. Knead everything well, cover and let rise in a warm place for 45 minutes!
I take the bread maker to knead!
- Knead again, shape into a ball and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Let rise again covered for 30 minutes!
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees!
- Bake the bread for about 40-45 minutes! The bread is done when you knock on the bottom of the bread and it sounds hollow! 🙂
