Walnut bread from the BBA

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 ml water, lukewarm
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 500 g wheat flour
  • 75 g oat flakes
  • 1 tsp sugar, brown
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp bread spice mix
  • 1 packet of dry yeast
  • 1 handful of walnuts, roughly chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 5 minutes

Add all ingredients one after the other to the bread maker. Set to program 1 (regular bread), dark browning, and program duration 3 hours. This yields approximately 900 g of bread.
