Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Quickly prepare a shortcrust pastry from the ingredients flour, sugar, butter, and egg. Roll out the dough (which does not need to be chilled) either on a floured work surface or between two sheets of cling film and then place it in the springform pan. Form a 2 cm high rim. Nut mixture: Mix the grated and chopped walnuts with the powdered sugar and flour. Add the chopped chocolate and mix well with the sour cream and eggs, then stir in the kirsch or liqueur. Spread the nut mixture over the shortcrust pastry base. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees Celsius for about 45 minutes. Allow the cake to cool completely. Cocoa glaze: Combine the powdered sugar and cocoa powder, sift, and mix with enough hot water to achieve a spreadable consistency. Spread the glaze over the cooled cake and sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
