Walnut cookies

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g butter or margarine, soft
  • 50 g honey
  • 80 g powdered sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 300 g flour
  • 2 tbsp walnuts, ground
  • n. B. Walnuts (about 50 halves)
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

makes about 50 pieces

Cream the butter, honey, powdered sugar, and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Then stir in the egg yolks. Sift the flour over the mixture and stir in the ground nuts. Fill the batter into a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle and pipe dots onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Place a walnut half on each dot. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10-12 minutes. Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool on a wire rack. Dust with powdered sugar.
