Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g walnuts
- 30 dates
- 175 g sugar
- 3 egg whites
- n. B. Wafers
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
Beat the egg whites with the sugar until stiff. Cut the dates into strips and chop the walnuts. Carefully fold the dates and walnuts into the egg and sugar mixture and spread the mixture on the wafers. Bake at 100°C for 20-25 minutes.
