Chop the apples into small pieces and place them in a baking dish. Then mix them with 3 tablespoons of quince jelly. Lightly cover the topmost apples with the remaining tablespoon of quince jelly. Bake the whole thing in the oven at 170 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 10 minutes, until the apples are nice and tender. It tastes great with vanilla ice cream.
