Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 ml beer
- 500 ml milk
- 1 cinnamon stick(s)
- 2 carnations
- 100 g sugar
- 20 g flour
- 1 egg yolk
- some lemon peel
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Mix the flour with a splash of milk. Bring the remaining milk to a boil with the beer, spices, and sugar. Thicken with the flour-milk mixture, bring to a boil briefly, and then blend with the egg yolk. Season to taste and serve.
