  • 0,5 piece Sliced ​​red cabbage
  • 1 piece Sliced ​​Elstar apple
  • 1 small Chopped onion
  • 1 small Salt
  • 1 small Xylitol or sugar
  • 1 small Lemon
  • 1 small Ground pepper

Instructions
 

  • Slice the red cabbage very thinly and mix with a little salt. Let this stand for a while.
  • Wash the apple, cut in half, quarter and remove the stones (I leave the skin on) and slice the apple.
  • Add the chopped onion and mix everything together well.
  • Add the salad with a little xylitol or sugar and a little lemon - possibly a little pepper - and let everything steep.
