  • 1 handful of watercress
  • 1 handful of basil
  • 70 g pine nuts
  • 100 g cashew nuts
  • 50 ml oil (mix of hemp, linseed and pumpkin seed oil)
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

vegan

Mix everything and serve with pasta to taste.
