Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 handful of watercress
- 1 handful of basil
- 70 g pine nuts
- 100 g cashew nuts
- 50 ml oil (mix of hemp, linseed and pumpkin seed oil)
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- salt and pepper
Instructions
