Watermelon Ice Cream
The perfect watermelon ice cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 0,5 Watermelon seedless
- 1 Lemon, just the juice
- 1 tsp Coconut blossom sugar
- “Peel” the melon and remove any last stones. Puree the pulp with the lemon juice and sugar.
- Put in a bowl and place in the freezer. After 2 hours stir vigorously with a fork. Repeat this process 2-3 times.
- Let thaw in the refrigerator for approx. 1 hour before serving. Serve with fresh mint.
