Watermelon Ice Cream

The perfect watermelon ice cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 0,5 Watermelon seedless
  • 1 Lemon, just the juice
  • 1 tsp Coconut blossom sugar
  1. “Peel” the melon and remove any last stones. Puree the pulp with the lemon juice and sugar.
  1. Put in a bowl and place in the freezer. After 2 hours stir vigorously with a fork. Repeat this process 2-3 times.
  1. Let thaw in the refrigerator for approx. 1 hour before serving. Serve with fresh mint.
