Lightning Banana Ice Cream Vegan

Ingredients
 

  • 4 Bananas
  • 100 ml Plant milk

Instructions
 

  • Cut the bananas (preferably very ripe) into large pieces and freeze them in a freezer bag.
  • Mix the frozen bananas together with the plant milk (I used oat milk; but can be exchanged as desired) in a blender or with a hand blender until creamy (add more plant milk if necessary).
  • Refine with fruit, cinnamon, cocoa, vanilla etc. and serve quickly!
