Lightning Banana Ice Cream Vegan

The perfect lightning banana ice cream vegan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 Bananas
  • 100 ml Plant milk
  1. Cut the bananas (preferably very ripe) into large pieces and freeze them in a freezer bag.
  1. Mix the frozen bananas together with the plant milk (I used oat milk; but can be exchanged as desired) in a blender or with a hand blender until creamy (add more plant milk if necessary).
