Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g watermelon(s)
- 2 small tomatoes
- 1 small cucumber(s) (mini cucumber)
- 1 small onion(s), red (or half)
- 100 g feta cheese
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar or lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Refreshing and simple
Cut the melon, tomatoes, and feta cheese into small pieces. Thinly slice the onion and cucumber. Combine the ingredients, season with salt and pepper, stir in the oil and vinegar, and season to taste. Toasted white bread goes wonderfully with this dish!
