Ingredients for 1 servings:
- ¼ jar wax beans (wax snap beans)
- 1 small onion(s)
- ½ sliced tomato(s)
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 ½ tbsp sunflower oil
- salt and pepper
- 1 pinch of sugar
- 1 pinch of savory
- some parsley, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes
Peel the onion and dice it into small pieces. Cut the tomato slices into small pieces. Make a marinade from the diced onion, white wine vinegar, sunflower oil, and spices. Mix the wax beans with the diced tomatoes and the marinade. Refrigerate the finished salad for 1 hour. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
