Cottage cheese casserole in pita bread with greens

  • Lavash – 3 sheets.
  • Cheese – 300 gr.
  • Hard cheese – 200 gr.
  • Greens to taste.
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Garlic – 2 cloves.

Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Mix in a bowl the cottage cheese, grated cheese, chopped greens, and minced garlic. Beat two eggs and mix the mixture. Salt to taste. Grease the pita with the filling and place the pita sheets in layers. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees.

Cheese Doughnuts

  • Cottage cheese – 250 gr.
  • Eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Flour – 8 tablespoons.
  • Sugar – 3 tbsp.
  • Soda – 0,5 tsp.
  • Vanilla sugar – 10 gr.
  • Vegetable oil – 200 gr.

Pour the vegetable oil into a bowl and heat it very strongly. Mix the cottage cheese, flour, eggs, sugar, and baking soda and knead a smooth dough. Form into balls about the size of a walnut. Deep-fry the balls in vegetable oil and place them on a napkin to remove any residual fat.

Baked apples with cottage cheese

  • Big apples – 4 units.
  • Cottage cheese – 200 gr.
  • Sugar – 4 tbsp.
  • Berries or nuts to taste.
  • Cinnamon to taste.
  • Honey – 2 tbsp.

Cut the tops off the apples and cut out the core with a spoon. Sprinkle the apples with sugar from the inside. Mix the cottage cheese with nuts, cinnamon, and honey. Fill the apples with the cottage cheese mixture. Bake for 15 minutes in an oven at 180 degrees.

Lazy Dumplings with Cottage Cheese

  • Flour – 3 tbsp.
  • Cheese – 200 gr.
  • Eggs – 1 egg.
  • Sugar – 1 tbsp.
  • A pinch of salt.

Beat eggs and sift the flour into the cottage cheese. Add sugar and salt and mix until homogeneous. Roll out the dough into sausages and cut it into circles. Throw the dumplings in boiling water and boil for 2-3 minutes.
