Wheat Beer Bread

The perfect wheat beer bread recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Spelled flour
  • 400 g Rye flour type 1150
  • 1 packet Dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 300 ml Dark wheat beer
  • 200 ml Lukewarm water
  1. Mix the flour, salt, honey and yeast.
  1. Add the beer, add the water and process for 5 minutes.
  1. Shape the dough into a ball and let rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
