Enikös Baked Potatoes with Herb Quark, with Onion Salad

  • 1 kg Potatoes, not too big
  • 500 g Quark
  • 50 ml Milk
  • 3 Pc. Tomatoes, dried
  • 1 Bd Parsley, large-leaved
  • 2 Pc. Garlic cloves
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • A few drops of olive oil
  • Sweet paprika
  • Rub some rapeseed oil into the potatoes
  • 1 Pc. Onion white
  1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly with the skin and cut them lengthways. Put some oil in your hands and rub the potatoes well with it. Place in a baking tray, cut side up and sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 250 ° for about 30 minutes until the surface is crispy. If the potatoes are large, the baking time would be longer.
  3. Mix the quark with milk. Chop the parsley, the dried tomatoes and the garlic and add to the quark, add a few drops of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Stir vigorously, done.
