Wheat beer punch

Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 1 ½ liters of wheat beer
  • 750 ml sparkling wine
  • 350 ml raspberry syrup
  • 300 g raspberries

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with raspberries

First, pour the wheat beer into the punch bowl and add the raspberries (I always use frozen raspberries, which cools the punch down a bit). Once the berries have thawed, pour in the sparkling wine and season with syrup. If desired, you can also enhance the punch with raspberry liqueur.
