Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 m.-sized eggs
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 600 g flour
  • 600 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

First, crack the eggs and place them in a bowl with the salt, sugar, baking powder, and flour. Then, using a mixer and a dough hook, mix everything thoroughly. Then, pour the dough into a baking pan and bake it for about 70 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. After about 15-20 minutes, turn the bread out of the pan and let it cool for another 2-3 hours.
