Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 banana(s)
- 50 g raspberries, frozen
- 250 g yogurt
- 2 tbsp oat flakes, fine
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Roughly chop the banana. Blend the banana pieces with raspberries, yogurt, and oatmeal until smooth. Season the smoothie with lemon juice and maple syrup. Pour into two glasses.
