  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 200 g sugar
  • 3 tsp instant coffee powder
  • 1 liter of cream
  • ⅛ liter brandy

Instructions

Beat the eggs, vanilla sugar, and sugar until frothy. Dissolve the coffee in a little hot water. Add the coffee, cream, and brandy and mix.
