Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 200 g sugar
- 3 tsp instant coffee powder
- 1 liter of cream
- ⅛ liter brandy
Instructions

Beat the eggs, vanilla sugar, and sugar until frothy. Dissolve the coffee in a little hot water. Add the coffee, cream, and brandy and mix.
