White bean dip, aka vegan cocktail sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 jar white beans in tomato sauce
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ lemon(s), juice
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Vegan, high in protein, low in fat

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Season to taste, and the dip is ready. If you like, you can let it sit in the fridge for a few hours.
