Kohlrabi salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 kohlrabi
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • 1 ball of mozzarella
  • 5 slices of cucumber
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp basil
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel and chop the kohlrabi, wash and chop the tomato, and cut the mozzarella into chunks. Pour olive oil into a bowl and add the vegetables and cheese. Mix well with the spices and season to taste. You can also add other spices according to your taste.
