White Box Bread Is Excellent for Sandwiches

- 500 g Flour
- 1,5 packet Dry yeast
- 340 Milliliters Water
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Rapeseed oil
- 50 g Butter
- 20 g Flour to knead
- 20 g Margarine
- Mix the lukewarm water with the sugar and the dry yeast and let stand for about 3 minutes
- Put the salt, flour, rapeseed oil and butter in a bowl and then add the water with the yeast and knead for 4-5 minutes on medium heat
- Dust the dough with a little flour and let it rest in a warm place with a damp kitchen towel.
- Gently knead the dough briefly, grease the bread pan with the margarine and put the dough down. Dust the dough with a little flour and score three times, then cover again with the damp towel and let rise for another hour
- Place the bread pan on the top rail in the cold oven and bake for 50 minutes at 200 degrees (top / bottom heat). Then take the bread out of the mold and bake for another 10 minutes.
- Let the finished bread cool down under a kitchen towel for 10 minutes, then let it cool down uncovered for another 10 minutes. The white bread is quite soft and is ideal for sandwiches the next day, it also tastes great and can be made a little crisp with a round in the toaster.
