Vegetable Patty (vegan)
The perfect vegetable patty (vegan) recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 100 ml Vegetable broth
- 75 g Chickpea flour
- 1 small Carrot
- 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
- 1 tbsp Curry powder, salt, pepper
- Wash, peel and grate the carrot. Mix together with the other ingredients to form a dough and season with the spices. Let the dough rest for about 10 minutes.
- Shape into patties and fry in a pan until the desired brown color is achieved.
