Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 ml milk, lukewarm
- 800 g wheat flour (type 405)
- 50 g butter, soft
- 2 tsp sugar
- 3 tsp salt
- 11 g dry yeast
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 hours 30 minutes; Total time approx. 3 hours 40 minutes

Add milk, sugar, butter, and yeast to the bread maker, then add flour and salt on top. Select the “White Bread” program, set a 1300g loaf size, and the desired degree of browning (and perhaps set the timer so the bread is ready in time for breakfast). It tastes great fresh and toasted, and it’s super quick to make.
