Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g white chocolate
  • 125 g butter, soft
  • 150 g sugar, possibly mixed white and brown
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 5 drops butter-vanilla flavoring
  • 150 g marzipan, cut into small pieces
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

sweet, sinful, luscious

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Cream the butter and sugar until the sugar is completely dissolved. Stir the egg mixture into the melted chocolate, then add the flour, salt, and baking powder. Finally, fold in the chopped marzipan. Preheat oven to 200°C, then reduce the temperature to 180°C. Pour the batter into a greased casserole or quiche dish and bake for about 25 minutes. Once cooled, cut into pieces. Serve with pureed fruit, ice cream, or whipped cream.
