White cabbage – carrot – lasagna

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 small head of white cabbage, sliced
  • 4 large carrots, sliced
  • e.g. lasagna sheet(s)
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • lots of cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Mix the cream, sour cream, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Place a layer of lasagna sheets in a baking dish. Sprinkle the cabbage on top, then the carrots, then a ladleful of the cream mixture on top. Repeat until the baking dish is full. Finally, sprinkle the grated cheese on top. Bake in the oven at 200°C for 50 minutes.
