Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g cheese (slices)
- 150 ml milk
- 2 peppers, red or green
- pepper
- Sambal Oelek
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Heat the cheese in the milk until melted. Finely slice the chili peppers and mix in. Season with pepper and, if desired, sambal oelek. Tortilla chips are a great dipping sauce. They’re also delicious spread on fresh bread.
