Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg white cabbage, cut into strips
  • 2 liters of water
  • Salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp savory
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp sour cream
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the white cabbage into thin strips and boil briefly in salted water. Boil a few times, then drain and let drain for a few minutes. Lightly beat the eggs and mix with the remaining ingredients. Fold everything into the white cabbage and place in a buttered casserole dish. Bake at 190°C (375°F) for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
