White Cabbage – Noodle – Mince – Pan
The perfect white cabbage – noodle – mince – pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 350 g Pasta
- 350 g White cabbage
- 2 Carrots
- 1 Onion
- 1 toe Garlic
- 1 Jar 450g Chunky tomatoes
- 250 g Mixed minced meat
- Salt, pepper, sugar
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Caraway seeds to taste
- 300 ml Vegetable broth
- Heat the oil in a pan. Steam the onions until translucent. Briefly sauté the garlic. Add the minced meat and fry until crumbly, season with salt and pepper and remove from the pan.
- Fry the cabbage and carrots in the frying fat. Add the tomatoes, caraway seeds and vegetable stock. Let the whole thing stew for about 15 minutes.
- Fold in the minced meat and noodles, heat again and season with salt, pepper and sugar.
