Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 small white cabbage
  • 2 stalk(s) leeks
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • ½ tsp curry powder
  • 1 ½ liters of chicken broth
  • salt and pepper
  • Thyme
  • 400 g meat sausage
  • 2 apples
  • 1 bunch of parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Clean and quarter the white cabbage. Remove the stalks and cut into strips. Clean the leeks and slice them into rings. Heat the oil and fry the curry powder, white cabbage, and leeks. Add the chicken stock and simmer for about 20 minutes. Slice the bologna and add to the soup. Peel and dice the apples (if using). Add to the soup and simmer for 10 minutes. Season to taste with spices and thyme. Chop the parsley and add. Serve hot.
