White cabbage, tomato and spinach casserole

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 head of white cabbage
  • 8 tomatoes
  • 300 g spinach (frozen)
  • 700 ml vegetable stock
  • 100 g grated cheese of your choice
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Dice the tomatoes, then add them to the vegetable broth with the spinach and let it simmer for a bit. Meanwhile, finely shred the white cabbage and place it in a greased casserole dish. Pour the tomato and spinach mixture over the vegetables and mix. Finally, sprinkle the cheese over the vegetables. Bake in a preheated oven (200°C) for about 25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
