Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g white cabbage, fresh, finely grated
  • 2 oranges, peeled and sliced ​​(alternatively 1 can of mandarin oranges)
  • ¼ cup raisins
  • 1 cup onion(s), finely sliced
  • Mayonnaise, 2/3 cup
  • sour cream or natural yogurt, 2/3 cup
  • Salt
  • ¼ cup cashew nuts (if available), chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix the shredded white cabbage with the raisins and oranges. Mix the onion slices, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Add salt, if desired, and add to the salad. Mix well with the chopped nuts. Note: Do not prepare more than 2-3 hours before serving.
