Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 30 g butter or margarine, soft
- 2 eggs, hard-boiled
- 2 tbsp cheese (Gouda), finely grated
- possibly paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Peel the hard-boiled eggs. Separate the egg whites and yolks. Mash the yolks and mix with the butter. Finely chop the egg whites and mix with the softened butter. Fold in the cheese. Season with paprika, if desired, and refrigerate the spread until ready to serve.
