White Chocolate Bars
The perfect white chocolate bars recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 6 Eggs
- 180 g Sugar
- 3 packet Chocolate pudding powder
- Covering:
- 500 ml Whipped cream
- 2 packet Cream stiffener
- 1 blackboard White chocolate
- Coconut flakes
- Beat eggs with sugar until foamy. Very carefully fold in the pudding powder. (If you stir too much, the cake will stay there). Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes. Beat the whipped cream with the cream stiffener until stiff. Soften the white chocolate using steam, stir it warm (not hot) into the whipped cream. Spread the mixture on the cooled cake, sprinkle with coconut flakes and cut into slices.
