Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g chocolate, white
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 50 g butter
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Using a mixer, combine the cream cheese, butter (both at room temperature), and vanilla sugar. Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler, let it cool slightly, and then mix it with the cream cheese and butter mixture. Apply the topping with a piping bag. If it’s still too soft to spread, refrigerate it for a few minutes. This mixture makes enough for 12 cupcakes.
