Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 ml tomato(s), strained
  • 60 g crème fraîche
  • 60 g cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp, heaped cinnamon
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • ½ tsp lovage
  • ½ tsp marjoram
  • 1 pinch of ginger powder
  • 2 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 3 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp, leveled salt
  • 1 dashes orange juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 hours; Total time approx. 10 hours 10 minutes

Christmassy delicious

Combine everything in a bowl and mix well (using a hand mixer if necessary). Let it sit for a while before eating, ideally in the morning and serving in the evening.
