Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1.3 liters of white currant juice
  • 1 handful of berries (wild strawberries)
  • 1 handful of berries (wild raspberries)
  • ½ lemon(s), the juice
  • 750 g gelling sugar, 2:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 14 minutes

with white currant juice

Combine the juice with the lemon juice, the washed and sorted berries, and the gelling sugar in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 4 minutes. Stir well to prevent sticking to the bottom. Then IMMEDIATELY pour into prepared jars, seal, and turn upside down for about 10 minutes. Then turn upside down and let cool.
