Ingredients for 30 servings:

  • 370 g white chocolate coating
  • 120 g butter
  • 30 g Grand Marnier
  • 1 tsp orange peel, cooked, sugared, finely chopped
  • 100 g white chocolate coating for decoration
  • 50 g powdered sugar or chocolate shavings

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Melt the chocolate coating in a double boiler. Cream the butter at room temperature until fluffy, then stir in the chocolate coating, orange peel, and liqueur. Pipe the mixture into 3 cm long sticks using a piping bag (with a smooth nozzle) and chill thoroughly. Cover thinly with chocolate coating and immediately roll in sugar or chocolate shavings.
