Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 slice(s) turkey schnitzel
- 1 cup(s) oil (olive oil)
- 5 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
- 5 cloves garlic
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 10 minutes
Mash the garlic cloves and mix with the other ingredients. Let the turkey cutlets marinate in a can or bag for several hours.
