delicious version without tomato sauce or tomatoes

Make a smooth dough from flour, oil, water, and salt, adding a little more if necessary to prevent it from sticking. Grease a baking sheet or line it with baking paper and roll out the dough thinly. Lightly season the crème fraîche with salt and pepper and spread it on the dough. Peel the onions, slice them into thin rings, and spread them on the dough. Cut the bacon slices crosswise into four and also spread them on the dough. Bake the pizza at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for 15-20 minutes, until the edges are browned and the ham is slightly crispy. In the meantime, clean and wash the arugula and spin it dry thoroughly. Arrange the pizza on plates and sprinkle with the fresh arugula to serve immediately. This amount is enough for a standard baking sheet. If you are short on time, you can also use ready-made dough from the refrigerated section.
