Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g butter
  • 125 g honey
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 g flour (whole wheat)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 500 g apples,
  • ½ lemon(s), the juice
  • 30 g butter
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 75 g walnuts, chopped
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Make a batter from the first five ingredients and pour it into a greased springform pan. Quarter the unpeeled apples, then slice them thinly and drizzle with lemon juice. Top the batter with the batter. Briefly boil 30g of butter with honey, walnuts, and milk, season with cinnamon, and spread over the apples. Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 170°C on the lowest rack for about 45 minutes.
