Cookies for TV night, better than chips
First mix the dry ingredients, then slowly add the boiling water and mix well with a dough hook. Let the dough rest for 45 minutes. Then roll it out very, very thinly. This works best if you use a sheet of baking paper above and below the dough. You can also spread it by hand between the baking papers and then spread it out thinly with a dough scraper. This should make about 4 baking trays. Now remove the top sheet of baking paper and cut into strips lengthwise using a pizza cutter, for example, and then bake in a preheated oven at 150°C (top/bottom heat) for about 35 minutes. After baking, simply break it into pieces.
